The Company is a dynamic digital agency delivering data-driven, creative, and technology solutions to global clients. We're now building an exciting in-house product and are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to work closely with our Head of Technical in shaping and developing this new platform.

Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our in-house product. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Technical to architect scalable systems, ensure best practices in development, and implement high-quality, maintainable code across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technical to design, build, and deploy a scalable in-house product.
  • Develop, test, and maintain robust front-end and back-end components.
  • Work with APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes via GitHub.
  • Ensure best practices in performance, security, and code quality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in:
  • ReactJS
  • TypeScript
  • ExpressJS
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • GitHub CI/CD
  • Nice to have experience with:
  • Prisma
  • Swagger
  • REST API documentation and testing tools
Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying scalable applications.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and development best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile or startup environment.
