The Opportunity

Southern Arms Corporation, a leading provider of high-quality firearms and shooting accessories, is seeking a talented Sales Staff to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role located in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, where you will play a crucial part in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to order fulfilment
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product portfolio, including features, specifications and benefits
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to generate leads and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve the customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the firearms or outdoor equipment industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for firearms and shooting sports
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed
