About the role

Join the dynamic e-commerce team as an E-commerce Sales Associate. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience across our online platforms. Your strategic approach and exceptional sales skills will be instrumental in achieving the company's ambitious e-commerce objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively reach out to potential customers and build lasting relationships through exceptional sales techniques
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to drive online sales
  4. Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities to optimise the e-commerce experience
  5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of e-commerce processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in e-commerce sales or a related sales role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  2. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and data analysis software
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  5. Highly motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
