We're looking for passionate customer service professionals with GDS experience (Sabre or Amadeus) who want to build a rewarding career in the travel industry.


Position: Customer Service Representative – Travel Account Work Location: Silver City, Pasig Salary Package: Up to ₱31,700/month Start Date: October 26 – December 14


Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience using GDS tools (Sabre or Amadeus required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 CEFR level)
  • Amenable to work onsite at Silver City, Pasig
  • Open to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Preferably with previous experience in travel or airline account

What You'll Do:
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns
  • Provide accurate and efficient support using Sabre or Amadeus
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to travelers around the globe
