  • Preparing communications and presenting updates about company compliance processes
  • Ensuring all products, activities, documentation, and policies comply with industry regulations
  • Completing special compliance-related projects
  • Creating and leading employee training programs for compliance-related matters
  • Developing standard operating procedures
  • Creating records of compliance activities
  • Answering employee and company leader questions about compliance issues
  • Updating company records for compliance-related data
  • Conducting internal investigations and audits on compliance-related issues
  • Identifying, assessing, and resolving compliance issues and irregularities
  • Advising company leaders on compliance matters

Qualifications:

  • College degree required.
  • 5+ years industry related experience in bank or non-bank compliance.
  • Experience with KYC and AML metrics reporting
  • Background in Anti-money laundering, fraud, and corporate governance laws
