We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of the Merchant Origination Platform and multiple internal services for merchants and agents.

In this role, you will ensure the continuity of internal feature development and system maintenance across several critical projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead internal systems essential to merchant and agent operations in a fast-growing fintech company, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and innovation towards becoming Fintech #1. The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila.

We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the development of the Merchant Origination platform and multiple other internal services for merchants and agents

Work closely with product owners, the development and design teams to deliver cutting-edge features

Provide detailed functional specifications

Define & monitor key product metrics, continuously refining and optimizing them

Task acceptance, participation in releases before deployment, troubleshooting

Collaborate with Growth, Performance, Risks, Hiring teams and stakeholders to manage a backlog of enhancements

Support business in vendor & product integration discovery

Improve one of the main products - POS loans

Participate in market and Filipino habitat discovery

Bring your own ideas and vision to help us become Fintech #1 in SEAWhat we expect from candidate3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a consumer-facing business, with expertise in mobile apps and web and a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes

Background in fintech or familiarity with payment and financial services, experience with back-office features will be a plus

Familiarity with the release management process

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders

Comfortable in a rapid-growth, fast-paced environment, able to manage ambiguity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can explain complex ideas to devs and business audiences

Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken)Will be a plus

Experience with motivation and incentive

Experience working on services for staff such as agents, couriers, taxi drivers

Experience with SQL, Amplitude, Tableau, Swagger, UML/BPMNExperience with low-code frameworks, web frameworks (React), mobile OS (Flutter), APIsWhy would it be cool to work with us?What we create
