JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: PRESALES MANAGER

BRANCH: MANILA

IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: VP – SALES & MARKETING & MANAGING DIRECTOR

JOB SUMMARY:

The Presales Manager leads the technical and strategic support function for the sales team, ensuring that client needs are accurately understood and matched with tailored solutions. This role bridges the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities, driving successful sales conversions through expert guidance, presentations, and proposal development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft customized solutions.

· Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.

· Develop and maintain proposal strategies, solution designs, and pricing models.

· Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.

· Manage RFQs and RFPs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.

· Train and mentor presales specialists and junior team members.

· Participate in contract negotiations as a technical and strategic advisor.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to refine presales approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or solution consulting.

· Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, systems integration, or SaaS platforms.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.

· Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., SAP, Cisco, AWS, PMP).

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex sales cycles.

· Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

· Leadership experience in managing presales teams or projects.
