Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced technicians: Provide physical support and hand tools, materials, and supplies to more experienced maintenance and repair workers.
  • Perform basic repairs: Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, such as fixing a leaky faucet, replacing a door handle, or repairing a small section of drywall.
  • Complete preventive maintenance: Perform routine tasks like checking smoke detectors, greasing machinery, and changing filters.
  • Maintain facilities and grounds: Perform cleaning duties, paint interior and exterior surfaces, and assist with grounds maintenance like snow removal or landscaping.
  • Handle equipment and tools: Use common hand and power tools, operate machinery like a jackhammer, and move equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
