SPECIFIC TASK:

· Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions.

· Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.

· Update and maintain the general ledger.

· Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system.

· Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.

· Preparing and filing financial documents.

· Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Processing payroll and tracking payroll data.

· Assisting with tax payments and returns.

· Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to streamline financial processes and maintain up-to-date financial records.

· Uphold company policies and procedures in all transactions.

· Performs other work-related tasks as required from time to time.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelors' degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field

· Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Knowledgeable in using Oracle system is an advantage.

· Produce work with a high level of accuracy

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Has the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
