RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. As OPERATION- Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth and development of the local community. What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities
  2. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise
  4. Prepare detailed reports, technical specifications, and cost estimates for project proposals
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance the efficiency and quality of our projects
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry
  3. Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management tools, and other relevant engineering software
  4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  6. Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer in the Philippines
