Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will design and build data models, create dashboards, and generate reports that support critical business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring scalable, optimized, and timely solutions that push the boundaries of data-driven innovation.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Databricks
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing, debugging, optimization)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake setup, maintenance, and optimization
• Demonstrated experience in developing business dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives and outcomes
• Knowledge of database management, including diagnostics and resolution of database errors (highly beneficial)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) (highly beneficial)

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and build data models (cloud and on-prem) to support highly scalable and cost-efficient data analysis
• Build Databricks reports and dashboards based on business requirements
• Work with the data integration team to define and load data sources from multiple data systems
• Support the business team in requirements gathering
• Act as the primary liaison between the business team and IT to ensure timely delivery of world-class products
• Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes, procedures, and individual projects
• Lead training sessions and share learnings among the team

Key Deliverables:

• Databricks dashboard creation and maintenance
• Report generation at the required cadence
• Documentation of Databricks dashboard designs (logic/structure)
