The Accounting Associate will support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice processing, bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable. This role requires clear communication with clients and internal staff, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record invoice transactions accurately to ensure proper financial tracking.
  • Prepare billing and collection reports on a timely basis.
  • Maintain bookkeeping and general accounting records in an organized manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Handle accounts receivable-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process payments to suppliers accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Acumatica or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and able to start immediately.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
