Your role

As an accounting associate, you are expected to record transactions, prepare reports and prepare tax calculations for our clients. For you to be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following:

  • Able to identify key issues on assigned clients and suggest workable solutions
  • Proficient in compliance laws and regulations such as, but not limited to, tax compliance with the BIR, corporate compliance with the SEC and other commercial laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholder groups and management teams
  • Contribute proactively to administrative functions within the firm such as recruitment, thought leadership, business development and supporting other business units within the firm
  • Establish systems and processes in making accounting workflows faster and easier

Accounting associates are working directly with our clients to prepare, deliver and transform financial data to insights. We look for accounting associates that are highly knowledgeable in accounting, finance and taxation in the Philippines and overseas while having an exceptional oral and written English communication skills.

Compensation package

Accounting associates are offered highly competitive compensation package which includes the following baseline benefits:

  • Salary ranging from Php20,000 to Php30,000 per month
  • HMO cover upon permanency
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Bi-annual salary appraisals

Other benefits will be offered depending on the interview process.

Preferred Experience

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Certified public accountant
  • Passing a baseline test of accounting principles and tax laws and regulations conducted by us
  • Ability to communicate in oral and written English

Qualifications (Desired)

  • Up to two years of working experience in similar roles
  • Ability to establish rapport with our local and foreign clients
