About the role

As a Healthcare Associate - Customer Service Agent at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilising your strong problem-solving skills to identify and provide the best solutions for customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Applicant with 3rd Year Medical Student OR at least 1 Year CCE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional service
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable to changing work environments
  • Fluency in English and the local language is preferred
