About the role
As a Healthcare Associate - Customer Service Agent at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilising your strong problem-solving skills to identify and provide the best solutions for customers
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Applicant with 3rd Year Medical Student OR at least 1 Year CCE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional service
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable to changing work environments
- Fluency in English and the local language is preferred
