JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assists in the Preparation of Landscape Schematic / Landscape Design Development Packages, Preliminary Cost Estimates, Details, Mock-ups, Perspectives and other Presentation Collaterals as per Project Requirement.
  • Assists in the Packaging of Detailed Plans, Tender Documents, Bill of Materials, Plant Schedules and Detailed Budgetary Estimates for Bidding and Construction Purposes
  • Serves as Team understudy on all aspects of Landscape Design, Production and Project Management, focusing on Open Space Design, Planting Design and Hardscape Detailing.
  • Assists in the Monitoring and Maintenance of Team Standards Database, implementing revisions as per Design Lead's or Design Manager's Direction.
  • Provides on-site support and other related functions for Landscape Operations e.g. Inspections and Site Audits, Supervision of ongoing Landscape Installations, Maintenance and Rehab works, Nursery Projects and other tasks as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Undergaduate degree in Landscape Architecture
  • PRC license in Landscape Architecture is an advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Landscape Design (Softscape and Hardscape), Plan Detailing and Cost Estimate, Perspectives
  • Experience in Plan and Section view preparation.
