Chief Financial Administrator

The Accounting Professional will handle comprehensive accounting services for a portfolio of US small business clients. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing journal entries, analyzing financial reports, and documenting activities through reconciliations and work papers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine accounting procedures such as bank, credit card, and payroll account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with supporting reconciliations
- Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks, including annual filings for 1099s and other miscellaneous filings
- Communicate open items or anomalies to the manager and follow up to ensure items are fully resolved
- Produce ad-hoc reports for clients and/or management upon request
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred
- 5 years accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks and related software tools
- Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Excel and Word
