  5. Billing Management

  6. Supervise billing operations to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.

  7. Implement billing policies and procedures across departments.
  8. Ensure compliance with payer contracts and regulatory requirements.

  9. Denials & Appeals

  10. Analyze denial trends and develop strategies to reduce preventable denials.

  11. Oversee the appeals process and ensure timely resolution of denied claims.
  12. Train staff on best practices for denial prevention and documentation.

  13. Team Leadership

  14. Manage and mentor billing and RCM staff, including performance reviews and training.

  15. Allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.
  16. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

  17. Process Improvement

  18. Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.

  19. Leverage technology and automation to improve billing and collections.
  20. Participate in system integrations and change management initiatives.

Skills Requirement

  1. 5+ years of experience in RCM, billing, and denial management.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Proficiency in billing software and EHR systems.
