ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is expanding their dealer network and national sales team and is seeking a Remote Inside Sales/Business Development Representative. This role will conduct sales activities through phone calls with prospective clients, record and manage leads in the CRM, establish relationships with dealers, and assist in managing orders. The ideal candidate is someone with inside sales and business development experience, particularly in business-to-business (B2B), construction, or equipment fields, comfortable with engaging and managing leads, and adept at managing data through a CRM.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the following top-of-funnel sales activities:

  • Respond immediately to inbound phone calls, website chat inquiries, and web forms

  • Make 50–75 outbound calls per day to prospects in the CRM, prioritizing live conversations over dials or voicemails
  • Qualify contractor, dealer, and rental leads based on need, timeline, and buying authority
  • Set up demos, discovery calls, or refer qualified leads to territory sales reps or dealers
  • Handle the following lead management and CRM responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM (Zoho); log every interaction, update contact records, and assign tasks for follow-up

  • Execute multi-touch sequences via phone, email, and text
  • Follow up consistently with leads in the pipeline and keep deals moving forward by scheduling next steps
  • Provide dealer network support through the following tasks:

  • Conduct regular, friendly check-ins with dealer sales representatives to offer product training, sales support, and co-selling assistance

  • Share warm leads with dealers and ensure a smooth handoff process with clear communication
  • Stay top-of-mind with dealer partners by offering product updates, answering questions, and supporting their sales cycles
  • Perform the following order entry and sales coordination tasks:

  • Take inbound calls for parts orders or machine pricing inquiries and create quotes/sales orders accordingly

  • Work with the sales team to prepare product materials, spec sheets, and financing links as needed
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate documentation for customer orders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally in business-to-business (B2B), construction, or equipment industries
  • Prior experience working with or selling through dealer or rental networks is preferred
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly with contractors and industry professionals
  • Comfortable with outbound calling, inbound handling, and juggling multiple lead sources at once

  • Understanding of construction workflows, common equipment types, and jobsite safety concerns is an advantage

  • Familiarity with texting as a sales follow-up method and phone-first outreach for field-based customers is also preferred
  • CRM fluency (Zoho CRM preferred), Microsoft 365, and strong written follow-up communication.
  • Highly organized and self-directed—can manage time and tasks without micromanagement
  • Adaptable communication style; can discuss field operations with a contractor and strategy with a regional dealer manager
