Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll qualify leads, drive customer success, and support revenue growth. You'll be a strategic partner to Sales Directors and Technical Account Managers, helping clients thrive through smart networking solutions and lasting relationships.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS or tech sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or customer retention goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales/marketing automation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase)
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver proactive, customer-first solutions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a tech-savvy client base

Your Daily Tasks

Lead Management & Qualification

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns and partner referrals
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

Customer Success & Retention

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to maximize the value of products and services
  • Conduct regular check-ins and monitor customer health
  • Address potential issues proactively to increase retention and reduce churn
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Directors, Technical Account Managers, Support) to coordinate product updates and resolve feedback

Pipeline Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue expansion
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that align with revenue targets
  • Track and forecast lead conversion metrics
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status and key wins

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high-potential or strategic accounts
  • Document progress and capture new requirements
  • Present opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Share customer insights with Marketing to improve campaigns and messaging
  • Resolve complex support issues with Technical Account Managers
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Join ongoing training to stay current on product features, industry trends, and best practices
