  • Exposure to basic calibration tools and preventive maintenance techniques is an advantage.
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, or food production quality standards is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular calibration of temperature, humidity, and moisture control systems in equipment (mixers, proofers, ovens).
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and calibrate dough portioning machines, dividers, and slicers to ensure uniform size and shape.
  • Ensure that machines comply with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and sanitation standards.
  • Document calibration and maintenance activities to maintain traceability and compliance with industry standards.
