Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of overall equipment efficiency and reliability by implementing effective maintenance program that aligns with company's policies and standards.
  • Create and implement maintenance programs for assigned production equipment to ensure maximum machine uptime.
  • Perform investigation and problem-solving process of production issues involving production equipment. Participate on cross functional team activities for issue resolution and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure equipment and production areas are maintained in their base conditions by implementation of TPM and 5S (and other relevant improvement principles).
  • Responsible for key process OEE and other relevant KPI of assigned area.
  • Provide KPI reports of assigned process area and provide data analysis.

Qualifications for Equipment Engineer

  • Graduate of BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications, Automation, Robotics, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Equipment Engineer or in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, P&ID diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge in equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
