Sourcing Associate

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Uno Overseas Placement Inc. Full time ₱200,000 - ₱300,000 per year

Duties:

a. Conduct interviews with applicants both online and in-person.

b. Verify and assess all candidate documents and application forms.

c. Screen and test applicants to find those who are highly skilled.

d. Help applicants fill out their forms and administer relevant tests.

e. Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, text, and social media.

f. Update candidate status after their initial application is submitted.

g. Give new applicants an initial orientation about the company and the job.

h. Ensure all candidate documents are properly labeled and filed.

i. Pool qualified candidates and match them with available job orders.

j. Participate in recruitment events like special recruitment activities & job fairs and ensure all materials are prepared.

k. Maintain a database of all applicants for easy tracking and retrieval.

l. Propose activities that can help build up our pool of candidates.

m. Regularly update job ads and other recruitment materials.

n. Coordinate with local government units and PESO.

o. Assist with administrative tasks and support the department's operations.

p. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, and other related course

  • Experience in local and overseas recruitment is a plus- sourcing and recruitment

  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Proficiency in microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and outlook.

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience as a sourcing associate or specialist.
