Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the technical and logistical execution of live events. This role ensures that all production elements—from staging and lighting to vendor coordination and crew management—are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site production teams during setup, live execution, and teardown
  • Coordinate with suppliers, technical crews, and internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Manage production timelines, equipment logistics, and manpower allocation
  • Conduct site inspections and pre-event checks to ensure safety and compliance
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Monitor inventory of production assets and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with event designers and project managers to align production with creative vision
  • Ensure all production activities adhere to company standards and client expectations

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in event production, technical operations, or stage management
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with AV systems, staging, rigging, and event safety protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple events and teams simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production tracking tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
