Treasury Officer

Treasury Officer is responsible for handling the day-to-day gift certificate (GC) redemption activities, i.e., timely monitoring and reconciliation of redeemed GCs in coordination with internal/external stakeholders. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, policies and supports reconciliation and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile redeemed GCs received from stores
  • Timely variance resolution with internal and/or external department
  • Ensure compliance with internal control and audit requirements
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and control in GC redemption handling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles; exposure to gift certificate is an advantage
  • Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of financial and internal control processes
