Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in banquet operations, F&B service, or hotel/catering industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, staff, and management.
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak events and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and banquet service procedures.
  • Flexible with schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee banquet operations to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, Chef, and other departments for event requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure proper table settings, décor, and food presentation according to event plans.
  • Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction during events.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback for improvement.
