Banquet Supervisor

About the role B Hotel Quezon City is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our banquet and event services. This is a full-time position that requires a proven track record in the hospitality industry. What you’ll be doing Coordinate and supervise the set‑up, service, and breakdown of banquet events Ensure that all banquet staff members are trained, scheduled, and performing their duties effectively Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the banquet and event spaces Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and take appropriate action to resolve them Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients Assist with the planning and execution of special events and promotions What we’re looking for At least 3 years of experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and other stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with event planning and banquet operations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service What we offer At B Hotel Quezon City, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
