Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, overseeing seamless event registration, and coordinating client needs with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.

Specific Job Duties

  1. Client Relationship Management

  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

  3. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored recommendations.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  6. Account Growth

  7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services.

  8. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for account growth based on customer feedback and suggestions.
  9. Negotiate and finalize agreements to secure new business projects and partnerships.

  10. Communication

  11. Effectively communicate product updates, promotions, and company news to clients.

  12. Collects project requirements and event details.
  13. Generate cost estimates and coordinate details with the clients.
  14. Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address any issues.

  15. Payment Agreements

  16. Document and track payment agreements, including due dates, and any special arrangements.

  17. Collaborate with clients to create feasible payment plans.
  18. Request to send remittances to clients regularly.

  19. Event Attendance

  20. Attend events to oversee onsite registration and manage onsite registration staff.

  21. Facilitate administrative needs during events and other tasks that are deemed necessary.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in account management is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to balance client needs with company objectives effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
