About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Optimum Ads Corporation as an Account Executive. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and maximise business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Optimum Ads Corporation's client base
  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy and approach
  • Participate in the development of sales pitches and proposals to win new business
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective account management and new business development

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in an account management or sales role, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client requests and challenges effectively
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
