The
Workday Financials Specialist
is responsible for independently configuring and deploying enhancements in Workday Financials and PSA. This role delivers enhancements, configures Workday for business processes, manages bi-annual feature releases, handles complex support issues, and contributes to the stability and evolution of the Workday platform.

This role works closely with the Workday squads and other product squads integrating with Workday.

What will you do?

Application Engineering

• Configure and deploy Workday enhancements, ensuring quality delivery and scalability
• Manage module updates during bi-annual Workday releases and maintain documentation
• Address production issues promptly with root cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements, test solutions, and share knowledge.

Collaboration & Engagement

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to solve complex problems through application solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years' experience in Workday development and support with solid 2 years' experience in configurations or enhancements.
• Workday certification is desired.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
