  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's logistics and operational goals.
  • Provide financial insights to the CEO and executive team to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee financial risk management, ensuring business continuity and sustainability.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor key financial metrics such as cost per kilometer, fuel efficiency, fleet utilization, warehouse operating costs, and other logistics KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Direct all accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
  • Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Oversee cost control initiatives in transportation, fleet, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Implement strategies to improve margins and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Manage company liquidity, investments, and capital structure.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, banking relationships, and negotiations with financial institutions.
  • Assess investment opportunities to support company growth (e.g., fleet expansion, new hubs, technology upgrades).
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve excellence and accountability.
  • Present financial performance and strategies to the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to align financial decisions with operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
