Job description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on Shopify and Amazon merchant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years Business Development experience in sales planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace disputes, compliance, and account health.
  • Experience managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

  • Experience handling cross-functional coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Background in e-commerce or marketplace-driven business models.
  • Experience tracking sales incentives, commissions, and performance metrics.
  • Exposure to process improvement, SOPs, or sales system implementations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
