JOB OBJECTIVE:

To supervise and coordinate the activities of the Sales Intelligence Analyst and Sales Transformation Specialist, ensuring their efforts align with strategic sales objectives and organizational goals

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations of sales data analysis and process improvement projects.
  • Ensure that all initiatives support sales growth and organizational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the team members.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of projects and strategies with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress of initiatives, evaluate results, and report outcomes to senior management.
  • Foster collaboration between the analytics, sales, and management teams to maximize effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies during analysis and project execution.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in sales operations, project management, or data analysis.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, processes, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
  • Effective communicator with superior problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
