Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (NCR, Manila), with occasional travel

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: PHP 15,500 to PHP 16,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain brand presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Gather and analyze performance data through platform analytics to optimize engagement.
• Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.

2. Content Calendar Management

• Assist in creating and maintaining a detailed content calendar.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns.
• Conduct content research to stay ahead of trends and ensure content is relevant and engaging.
• Perform benchmarking to identify industry best practices and apply them to our strategies.

3. Copywriting & Brand Strategy

• Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
• Contribute to the development of brand strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

4. Campaign Creation & Ads Management

• Assist in planning, creating, and managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement, monitor, and analyze digital ads on Meta, Tiktok and Linked-in.

5. Content Production & On-Site Shoots

• Assist in shooting short-form content such as Reels and TikToks during on-site client visits.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for scheduling and content needs.
• Travel 2–3 times per month to client offices (mostly within Metro Manila) for shoots and campaign materials.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but real-world exposure or strong interest in digital marketing or social media marketing is needed to succeed in this role.
• A natural sense of responsiveness and urgency when handling client needs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Curiosity about the digital marketing space. You enjoy asking why brands do what they do.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - in both English and Filipino.
• Knowledge of design tools like Canva is a plus bit not required.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising is an advantage, but not required.
