Job Summary: We seek a creative and detail-oriented Prompt and Content Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, developing, refining, and optimizing prompts for use with the Sophie platform across multiple solutions, like SophieX (Stefanini"s Proprietary AI), ensuring high-quality content generation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and experience. This role requires a deep understanding of language models, exceptional writing skills, and a strong ability to analyze and improve content outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prompt Development and Optimization:
   • Design and create effective prompts to generate high-quality content.
   • Continuously refine and optimize prompts based on feedback and performance metrics.
   • Experiment with different prompt structures and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Content Quality Assurance:
   • Review and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to guidelines.
   • Identify and address content issues, such as bias, inaccuracies, and inconsistencies.
   • Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of content output.
3. Testing and Validation:
   • Develop and execute test cases to validate prompt performance and content quality.
   • Conduct A/B testing to compare prompt variations and determine the most effective approaches.
   • Simulate real-world scenarios to ensure prompts perform well under diverse conditions and use cases.
   • Document and report testing results, providing actionable insights for prompt refinement.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with Product Managers, Knowledge Specialist, and Developers to understand requirements and objectives.
   • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
   • Collaborate with Product Managers and Service Delivery team to refine the UX/UI to create user-friendly interfaces for content interaction.
5. Research and Analysis:
   • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
   • Use as needed, external resources on best practices and industry trends related to prompt engineering and content generation.
   • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
6. Troubleshooting and Reporting:
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot prompt-related bugs and issues affecting content generation or user experience.
   • Create detailed reports on identified issues, providing actionable insights and solutions to the Product Managers and clients
   • Manage incoming requests from clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear communication of outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, writing, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) models, natural language processing (NLP), and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages or, at a minimum, HTML.
• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to assist in bug triage.
• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting test results, reporting testing observations, and documenting failures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Llama, Claude).
• Experience in Jira
