This is a remote position.

As a Project Manager / Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the management of the production of various Digital Assets. From banner ads to content and e-commerce websites, to mobile applications and tech-driven on-ground solutions – you are the one to call.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Primary technical consultant during project pre-sales or pitch efforts.
  • Own the overall management of the project to ensure on-scope, on-time, and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with different internal teams (User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Creatives, Development, Quality Assurance) for the different project requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare applicable documentary requirements (such as project plans, high level specifications, etc.), which vary depending on project scope.
  • Liaise with client or agency for project updates and status, as well as recommend best practices and

technical solutions.

  • Participate in the elaboration of Business Requirements Documents. Understand requirements from the stakeholder, redact concise and precise user stories.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager/ Team Lead in a Software/ Web Development environment. Experience in handling marketing-centric projects is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with core web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, various CMS', as well as hosting/ infrastructure and related technologies.
  • Strong experience in client management. Experience in various client industries is an advantage.
  • Strong/relevant experience as a business or requirements analyst.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in both WATERFALL and AGILE project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of least one project tracking software (e.g. Jira, Asana, Taiga, etc)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and clients successfully and effectively.
  • Proactive and able to self-manage. Has shown ability to work under pressure.
