Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Metro Manila. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage online campaigns, and analyze the performance of digital initiatives. The role includes engaging with social media platforms, optimizing online content, and ensuring effective communication to enhance the company's online presence. Collaboration with different teams for content creation and campaign alignment will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing
  • Experience in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and engagement
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with marketing trends and tools; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
