What You'll Do
Manage healthcare client accounts and relationships
Handle customer inquiries and provide healthcare support
Process healthcare claims and documentation
Assist clients with healthcare plan information
Maintain accurate account records and reports
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes
Customer Service Experience Preferred
