Your Role:

  • Apply customer payments
  • Categorize customer deductions within a trade promotions management software (Confido)
  • Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to research discrepancies and address disputes.
  • Download credit card and bank transactions into Quickbooks on a weekly basis
  • Upload invoice reports into a lender portal
  • Weekly sales reporting (within Excel)
  • Eventually take over accounts payable
  • Possible balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications

  • High level familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Well-rounded accounting professional who can assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
  • Proficiency in working within Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
