Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Business Consulting firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Taguig.
Salary Range: Open to negotiation
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x onsite per week)
Shift Schedule: Mid Shift (3PM-12MN)
Location: Taguig City
The role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from strategic sourcing and initial screening to coordinating final interviews and onboarding. This is a key position with ample room for growth, ideal for someone with strong experience in recruitment and a passion for building meaningful connections.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination through to hiring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Drive active and passive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, job portals, networking, and talent mapping to identify high-quality candidates.
- Handle niche and hard-to-fill roles across both tech and non-tech functions.
- Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Enhance the candidate experience through timely updates and thoughtful engagement.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to promote our culture and values.
- Support process improvements, recruitment analytics, and tool optimization to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global HR initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 4–5 years of solid experience in recruitment within in-house HR teams, consulting firms, or headhunting agencies.
- Strong track record in active and passive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, job portals, referrals, networking).
- Proven experience handling niche and specialized roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage both candidate and stakeholder expectations.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and resourceful — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms; familiarity with systems like Ashby or Airtable is a plus.
- A growth mindset — humble, curious, and motivated to learn while contributing to broader HR goals.
