The Sourcing Specialist is responsible in identifying and procuring high-quality candidates to meet the dynamic needs of the business. This position is inherent to the recruitment process, working closely with the Recruitment Operations Team and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring pipeline.

Talent Sourcing

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and online databases, to find suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments through interviews and screenings to determine their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Employee Referral Programs

  • Design and manage the Employee Referral Program to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates. Promote the Employee Referral Program through various communication channels to maximize participation and awareness.
  • Track and analyze referral program metrics to evaluate its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values, culture, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Gather feedback from candidates on their experience and implement improvements to enhance the recruitment process.

Compliance of Admin Deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Associate or similar role in a BPO or recruitment environment
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
