Responsibilities

  • Collects, cleans, and interprets data sets to answer a question or solve a problem.
  • Create wireframes, and prototypes to enhance business processes and operations.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into detailed requirements and process flows.
  • The entire project life cycle involves end-to-end processes from development, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Assist the R&D of new business processes or operations, and understand market demand.

Competencies

  • Have initiative and creativity to understand, anticipate, and meet users' requirements for project content.
  • Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across cross-functional and matrixed organizations at all levels.
  • Able to form simple solutions to answer complex problems.
  • Proficiency in English and attention to detail is a must.

Educational Attainment

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, graphic design, UI design, web programming, or any equivalent.

Work Experience

  • 1-year experience specializing in UI/UX design, product/project management, or software development is a big plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
