  • With at least 3 - 5 years work experience as IT Business Analyst
  • Graphic design and UX experience would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Philippine General Insurance. Product knowledge - a good understanding of the various classes and types of contracts offered by Philippine General Insurers.
  • Familiarity with various divisional responsibilities within a typical insurance company.
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
  • With experience in documenting business processes and functional requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer business users and the project development and testing team.
  • Responsible for creating frontend solutions according to a UI/UX specifications.
  • Work with product owners and UX designers to implement HTML components and accurate CSS - ADVANTAGE.
  • Create user journeys using internal digital toolset (Low code development toll)
  • Connect the Frontend to backend APIs using Sapiens digital toolset (Integration with API using low code tool)
  • Develop a complex, highly available, distributed, cloud-based Journeys (Web Pages), and maintains its high level of quality.
