Wellevate is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who will join our fast growing enterprise that offers graphic design as a service. If you are eager to design world class websites and web applications for the global market, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be helping global customers to visually communicate with high quality and help us grow our customer base.

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Position: Junior

Salary Range: PHP per month

Responsibilities

  • You design user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces, including web and mobile layouts, dashboards, and interactive prototypes that align with client requirements and objectives.
  • You maintain consistency across design systems, components, typography, colors, and branding.
  • You ensure all outputs are error-free, accessible, and meet high-quality standards.
  • You collaborate closely with the account managers, your developers and other designers to ensure timelines and expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
  • Solid experience with the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) to create or adapt icons, logos, and imagery.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics combined with a strong focus on usability and user-centered design principles.
  • Good understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and component-based design.
  • Clear grasp of design fundamentals: Typography, Color, Contrast, Visual Hierarchy, and Spatial Relationships.
  • Self-organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly package range is from PHP
  • Salary negotiable for candidates with high level of expertise and experience.
  • Fully subsidized lunch & snack and unlimited tea/coffee.
