Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Assistant - Data Scraper Lead Generation Specialist.

To support the team by delivering accurate data, buyer-intent insights, and clean automation flows.

We need an CEO Assistant-level technical operator who can follow clear instructions, run daily scraping tasks, and help maintain our outbound systems.

Precision, consistency, and reliability are everything.

The role involves leveraging advanced tools like n8n or to perform data scraping, gathering company signals for lead generation, data analysis, and management.

Daily responsibilities include Using n8n and , Lead generation Administrative work, identifying potential leads, managing data pipelines, automating workflows, creating actionable insights from analytics, and ensuring high-quality, accurate data for strategic decision-making. Effective collaboration with team members to support client acquisition and sales objectives is also key.

Qualifications


• Super Assistant / Master Secretary with Tech skills


• Excellent Communication skills English Fluent for clear reporting, collaboration, and client interaction


• Experience with scraping tools, Clay, Apollo, and enrichment platforms. Create AI Agents and Automation in or n8n


• MUST Know & Strong Experience with tools n8n and Analytical and Data Analytics skills and work with data effectively and Organized


• Push structured data into CRMs and outbound workflows without errors.


• Follow precise instructions to prevent risks: domain burn, spam flags, low-quality datasets, and platform bans.


• Booking Meetings


• Lead AI Follow up


• Organized, fast, and able to support high-volume outbound operations.


• Signal Scraping


• Ability to follow detailed processes and deliver consistent results.


• Proficiency in Data Management and Databases for lead generation and workflow automation


• Plus know Python


• Familiarity with automation platforms, CRM tools, and multi-channel lead generation systems is a plus


• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines efficiently
