Duties and Responsibilities of a Project Architect
  • Conceptualize and develop architectural designs that meet client needs and project requirements.

  • Create detailed drawings, sketches, and models for review and approval.

  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.

  • Review shop drawings and samples to ensure adherence to design intent.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants during construction phases.

  • Present design proposals and progress updates to clients.

  • Incorporate client feedback into the design and planning process.

  • Ensure that all aspects of the project meet quality standards and specifications.

  • Review and approve project documentation before implementation.

  • Facilitate teamwork and effective communication within the project team.
