Job Requirements

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that support business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with team members to develop, implement, and maintain software solutions, ensuring quality and performance at all stages.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks independently and work toward becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
  • Provide effective solutions to work-related problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
  • Plan and execute functional testing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must-have Skill: Expert proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and principles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate technical requirements.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Functional Test Planning is required.
  • Work location: Cebu office.
