Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the conduct of food safety and process audits. Monitors the adherence of the assigned production line to quality standards. Performs investigation, troubleshooting, and disposition of captured defects. Represents Quality Assurance and Quality Control department during batch trials/process validation of assigned products.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology or any related food course/s
  • At least 2 years of quality control experience and monitoring of in line production process experience in a food manufacturing industry.
  • With basic knowledge of GMP/Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and implementation in a food manufacturing operation
  • Flexible, can work on a shifting schedule; graveyard shift and can work during weekends and holidays
  • Knowledgeable in baking and with good decision making
  • Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
