Team Leader - Onsite
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise team performance, focusing on productivity, quality, and attendance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to workflows and client satisfaction
  • Identify and address performance gaps and provide coaching for continuous improvement
  • Set clear objectives and drive team goals
  • Collaborate with management to solve issues and remove roadblocks
  • Ensure SOPs are followed and operational goals are met
  • Coach and mentor team members to reach their career goals

Minimum Skills

  1. 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management/Medical Billing/Coding
  2. Minimum 2 yrs experience as a TL in an international BPO
  3. College Graduate
  4. Extensive knowledge of Commercial and Government Insurance plans, eligibility, and medical billing processes (preferred)
  5. Strong understanding and adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines
  6. Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, UB, HCFA, and 837 terminologies (preferred)
  7. Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and career development
