APEX is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage merchandising operations and coordinate deployment in Visayas. This role will be based in Cebu and will oversee manpower, merchandising execution, promotions, and reporting for multiple stores in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage manpower deployment to ensure 100% coordinator coverage within budget for all assigned stores.
  • Oversee merchandising execution, including planogram compliance, FIFO/FEFO, and promo implementation.
  • Conduct store visits across Visayas & Mindanao to check product availability, merchandising quality, and promotion performance.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to Coordinators to ensure readiness before deployment.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on deployment, store visits, inventory, and promotions.
  • Maintain strong coordination with the Sales Team and Management to achieve territory targets.

  1. Manpower Deployment & Coverage: Achieve 100% deployment of Coordinators versus headcount requirement within budget.
  2. Merchandising & Promotion Execution: Meet sales and display targets; ensure planogram compliance, FIFO/FEFO, and full promo implementation.
  3. Reporting & Training: Submit timely and accurate reports; train and coach Coordinators prior to deployment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in merchandising, retail operations, or field sales.
  • Background in client opening and expansion is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, training, and coordination skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Visayas.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; ability to prepare reports and coverage plans.
