· Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues of heavy equipment used in sales and rentals, in close collaboration with mechanics.

· Coordinate with mechanics to assess repair vs. replacement options and recommend cost-effective solutions while minimizing downtime.

· Working in tandem with mechanics in evaluating and selecting between OEM, aftermarket, or refurbished parts based on cost, availability, and compatibility.

· Provide hands-on support to mechanics during repairs and assist with explaining equipment manuals and technical documents.

· Work with mechanics to develop issue reports and recommend actions to management.

· Handle parts requirements, including canvassing suppliers and coordinating procurement with supervisors.

· Ensure proper documentation of issues, repairs, and recommendations.

· Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

· Ensure that all heavy equipment, tools, and attachments are regularly maintained.

· Maintain status reports on the quality and reliability of procured parts, maintaining compliance with company standards and supplier requirements.

· Continuously evaluate and improve tools, procedures, and workflows used by mechanics, electricians, and helpers to enhance productivity and quality.

· Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by his/her superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,500.00 per month
